    Free---No Reservations Necessary-- Trivia and Karaoke night, sponsored by Blue Ridge Community College. Did you know that you can become a student at Blue Ridge for free. What better time to go expand your knowledge! Join us for our Spring season of Karaoke. Come test your trivial knowledge and win some prizes! Prizes include, gift cards to 185 King Street, tickets to upcoming shows and food coupons. Join us every Wednesday at 7:00. Teams are limited to six members. Each season of Trivia consists of 10-12 weeks. Each team can also participate in the season long tournament. The tournament winning team wins tickets to a four course beer pairing dinner sponsored by Noblebräu Brewing. Trivia starts promptly at 7:00 so plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to be sure you can grab a drink and download the app you use to answer the questions. Karaoke follows right after trivia at 9:00.

This month's musical guest is Kevin Spears: Considered by many as one of the best players alive today, international music artist Kevin Spears has masterfully rewritten what is possible on the traditional African instrument called kalimba.

For the past 2 years, his power trio has been mesmerizing crowds throughout the south east with his brand of high energy, rock n roll. Drummer Jeff Lott and bassist Roddy Wilder create a rock solid foundation for Andrew Thelston to weave a tapestry of epic guitar and vocal work. In May 2019, Andrew Thelston has also had his music featured on the hit Netflix show Lucifer.

    General Admission show - $5 ADV // $7 DOS With a voice that summons the guttural howls of John Fogerty, and guitar work that ranges from the front porch to outer space, Ross Osteen joins the powerful blues/rock scene of the deep south. The songwriter was born in western North Carolina placed in the midst of an eclectic music scene ranging from bluegrass to rock, and beyond. Eventually all of his influences aligned to form his bluesy sound, and he hit the road. Ross has played blues shows with notables such as Jimmy Thackery, and Kim Wilson of the Fabulous Thunderbirds. He also shared the stage with legend Buddy Guy. There’s no doubt his style of musical soul searching will allure listeners.

There are Grammy-nominees and award-winning musicians in this band, and the members each have long track with countless performances on the Grand Ole Opry. They are known for creatively blending Bluegrass, Folk, Gospel, Rockabilly and Swing, into a new American acoustic music experience. Darren Nicholson is a highly sought after mandolin player, singer, and session musician. Darren's also a full time, founding member of Balsam Range. Darren is an 11 time IBMA Award Winner.

When music venues around the country were closed we pivoted to find a way to provide live music to our community. Open air and spaced out, we prevailed. Every Tuesday since August of 2020, Travis has assembled 3-4 musicians for a unique night of music. After more than a year, the series has become the cornerstone of the Brevard music community; bringing musicians and music fans together for one-time-only collaborations. Travis has hosted a wide range of musicians, including: Mike Ashworth, Anders Beck, Nicki Bluhm, Josh Daniel, Andy Dunnigan, Benny “Burle” Galloway, Mike Guggino, Lindsay Lou, Tommy Maher, Mimi Naja, Lyndsay Pruett, Rev. Matthew Reiger, Jon Stickley, Barrett Smith, Kyle Tuttle, and Jon Weisberger and is now occasionally handing the mic over to let some of his friends take the lead. Every week is different, but it’s not just a jam; the musicians bring intention to every setlist and every show and as a result, these carefully cultivated shows are becoming a cornerstone of the WNC music scene.

When we knock on a client's door, we are formally delivering food as sustenance, while informally delivering warmth, comfort, and human contact. Please join us for some great music, excellent beer and food. There will also be free drawings for ticketed guests, awesome silent auction and raffle for a Rob Travis waterfall photograph printed on metal.
